Services

Our Company provides career coaching services to help individuals achieve their goals. These services are provided through one-on-one consultations that can be booked online via our website.

Booking and Payment

• Booking: Consultations must be booked through our online booking system. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or when the invoice is issued. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as specified on the invoice.

• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking and payment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the consultation are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charge, subject to availability.

 

Confidentiality

All information shared during the consultation is confidential. We will not disclose any personal or professional information without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

 

Disclaimer of Results

Our coaching services are intended to provide guidance and support. However, we do not guarantee specific results. The success of our coaching depends on your commitment and effort.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services;

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
